We love the show Fixer Upper with Joanna Gaines.  Her style and vision on projects is incredible. This project we completed in Lakeland reminded us of the show. This house was completely gutted from top to bottom. Walls were knocked down and every room was re-done from top to bottom. We were pleased to work with the owners and were able to install vinyl plank wood look flooring, ceramic tile, and faux wood blinds. The house was an old 1920’s Cottage style home.  The color scheme was grey’s and whites just which is very popular right now. Some refer to the style as farm house decor. In the main areas we installed vinyl plank wood look tile. In the bathrooms we installed subway and ceramic tile.  What a transformation!

Subway tile can be used in traditional or modern design. Its available in a wide array of colors and sizes. Most popular right now is white and marble looks. Subway tile is perfect for walls, backsplashes, showers and other spaces. You can also mix and match bold colors to create some unique designs.

Lakeland’s First United Methodist Church – Vinyl, Carpet and Tile Flooring Installation

At Sunshine Interiors, our goal is to create spaces our customers are proud of. When we met with the decision makers at First United Methodist Church, they were involved in a re-model campaign. They wanted to create fresh, new spaces for their members to enjoy fellowship and learning.

Below are pictures of one of our favorite commercial jobs we have completed. It’s First United Methodist Church located on Lake Morton in Lakeland. We installed the following products in each area:

Sunshine was also proud to be a part of the renovation of the first floor at the Bank Of Central Florida in Lakeland. We installed commercial carpet in halls and offices, ceramic tile in bathroom areas, and Hunter Douglas roller shades in offices, and 2″ mahogany faux blinds in interior offices.
